Our Story
The Choceur® story begins in Belgium, where our master chocolatiers perfected their craft using traditional Belgian chocolate making techniques passed down through generations. We take pride in using only the finest ethically-sourced cocoa beans to create silky smooth milk chocolate and rich, decadent dark chocolate.
In 2012, we brought the Choceur® brand to the United States, partnering with major retailers to make our chocolate accessible to chocolate aficionados across the country. We quickly gained a reputation for being one of the best affordable gourmet chocolate brands on the market.
As we grew, our commitment to quality and sustainability never wavered. We obtained Fairtrade certification for our dark chocolate range, ensuring the cocoa farmers and workers were paid fair prices and worked in safe conditions. We also made our milk chocolate range Rainforest Alliance certified, promoting environmental protection and social responsibility.

Time-honored techniques create superior texture and mouthfeel. We conche our chocolate for 72 hours, ensuring smoothness. And we temper our chocolate properly, giving it that satisfying “snap” when broken.

We use single-origin beans for some bars to highlight unique flavor profiles from specific growing regions. Every dark chocolate bar delivers rich chocolate intensity balanced by smoothness.
Milk Chocolate
Our crave-worthy milk chocolate is made with fresh liquid milk, resulting in irresistible creaminess. Cocoa beans from Rainforest Alliance CertifiedTM farms ensure sustainable sourcing. Every milk chocolate bar is enrobed in a perfectly tempered chocolate shell.
White Chocolate
